02 / Schedule
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM each day (Lunch included)
Across two days, we’ll explore a blend of movement principles from Project KQ and Kadour Ziani’s 7 Postures.
Together we’ll dive into the role of the digits, feet, and ankles as the foundation of balance and coordination, and how they help generate and control movement through the body.
Kadour will guide participants through the 7 Postures—including movements like the Gorilla, Grasshopper, and Cat—exploring the depth and nuance within each position.
We’ll focus on mobility, biomechanics, fascia, and center-of-gravity control, giving you practical tools to move with more balance, resilience, and longevity.
