Membership Agreement

By purchasing products from Project KQ, Inc, you (“Member”) agree to the following terms:

1. Program Access & Use

Membership grants you personal, non-transferable access to the Program materials, roadmaps, and educational resources.

You agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, or resell Program content without written permission.

2. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, guides, and assessments provided are the property of Project KQ, Inc.

You agree to maintain confidentiality of the materials and not disclose them publicly, post them online, or provide them to third parties.

3. No Medical Advice

The Program is for educational and informational purposes only.

Project KQ, Inc. provides educational and movement-based training services. We do not provide medical advice, physical therapy, or healthcare treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.

You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise, movement, or training program.

4. Waiver & Release of Liability

By participating, you acknowledge and agree:

Movement and exercise involve inherent risks, including injury.

You assume full responsibility for your participation and any results that may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Project KQ, Inc., its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liability arising from your participation.

5. Payment & Subscription Terms

Membership fees are billed as a one-time annual payment (unless otherwise stated).

No refunds are offered once access to Program materials has been granted.

Your purchase grants you 12 months of access to the Program and its resources, beginning on the date of purchase.

At the end of the 12-month term, your access will expire unless you renew your membership.

6. Privacy Notice

We collect basic personal information (such as name, email, payment info) solely for delivering the Program.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

For payment processing, we use Stripe/Square, which maintains its own data security policies.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By checking the box at checkout or otherwise enrolling in the Program, you confirm that you:

Release Project KQ, Inc. from liability as outlined above.
