A different lens on biomechanics
Most solutions I found helped, but they never solved my underlying problem. Eventually, I started paying closer attention to how my body moved—and where it didn’t. My exploration, as you will see, led me down a different path of searching for new fascial chain connections to drive torque through my body in directions I did not know existed. I don’t have all the answers, but I’ve learned some things that made a difference for me.
My primary goal with my online content is to:

I always told friends that my goal was to one day be ‘normal’ again, and when asked to explain I respond that I don’t want to have to think hard and grit my teeth each time I pick up my kid or stand up. I want to let go of the tension throughout my body. This is my goal for you
