Help Us, Help You
We’re developing a smarter, more personalized way to assess movement using high tech video analysis and machine learning—with one goal: to bring expert-level insight and feedback specifically focused on improving back pain and biomechanics in areas that are still loosely understood today. And our mission is to do this at a fraction of the cost of seeing today’s top specialists.
We’ve partnered with the most elite movement experts, professional athletes, and a team of engineers and data scientists—and we want you to help us on this journey. By sharing a short video as an early tester, you’ll be contributing directly to a more accessible future of movement health.

The Submission
Please send one quick video to submissionprojectkq@gmail.com with the following movements:
Standing Posture: Stand at front angle, rotate to one side, then back side, then other side for all four angles standing straight.
Optional Full Diagnostic:
Walking: Take a few natural steps toward the camera, away from it, and then across the frame for both side views.
Squat: Do 3 slow, natural squats from the side, front and back angles, you can simply turn yourself after each rep without repositioning the camera.
Hip Hinge: Gently fold forward with straight (not locked) knees, then return to standing. 3 reps: side, front and back angle.
Hip Rotation: Lie on your back, bring one knee to 90°, and rotate the leg inward and outward as much as you can without letting your knee drop. Do both sides. One shot from above or below you is fine.
Running (optional!): Take a few natural steps toward the camera, away from it, and then across the frame for both side views.
A simple phone video works great — no special setup required. Wear shorts that expose knees and ankles (no socks or shoes), and a shirt that shows shoulder movement—or go shirtless if comfortable (males). Tie up long hair, and film in good lighting against a plain background.
How To Send Your Video:
After you record your video using your phone’s camera, just open your email app and start a new message to submissionprojectkq@gmail.com. On iPhone, tap the screen, then select “Insert Photo or Video” and choose your clip from Photos. On Android, tap the paperclip icon and attach the video from your Gallery. Hit send—and that’s it! We’ll take it from there.

Step 2: Try the Movement Library
Early testers receive free access to our movement library.
As an early tester, you’ll get free access to our growing library of exercises—based on cutting-edge research into how the human body moves when it's at its best. Just submit your video assessment to get started.
From toddlers to tribal elders to 90-year-old marathoners, we’ve studied the patterns shared by people who move well. The common thread? Spirals. Coils. Subtle rhythms that connect your feet to your spine.
It may seem complex at first—but once you see it, you’ll realize it’s always been there.
Try a few sample movements below and join us in returning to the way your body was built to move.

KQ Fundamentals
We believe your body is a math problem—one that can be solved. Hidden in every ache, twist, and imbalance are poor connections. The KQ Fundamentals reveal core principles that demistify how your body is meant to move: through spiraling, shifting, and loading with precision. Healing shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg (no pun intended). It should start with understanding.

And this is just the beginning. Behind the scenes, we’re building powerful tools to deliver real-time insight into how you move—something that, until now, only top movement experts could provide. Our goal is to make that level of personalized, expert feedback more precise, more accessible, and far more affordable than ever before.
